What commercial clients need from a decorating contractor
Commercial decorating is rarely just about paint. It is about working safely alongside pupils, patients, residents, staff and other trades, hitting a programme that other works depend on, and leaving a finish that stands up to heavy traffic. Our teams are directly employed and supervised, inducted and DBS checked, and work to site-specific RAMS from the first day on site.
Occupied buildings kept open
Most commercial decorating happens around people. We phase work by floor, wing or block, protect floors, furniture and IT, and hand each area back clean and usable at the end of the shift. Term-time, out-of-hours and weekend programmes are routine for us.
Brush, roller and airless spray
Empty units, new builds, warehouses and voids are sprayed for speed and finish. Occupied offices, corridors and communal areas are brush and roller applied to keep disruption and masking down. We specify whichever suits the building, not whichever suits us.
Specialist coating systems
Intumescent and fire-resistant coatings, anti-mould systems, stain-block systems, scrubbable healthcare and hygiene finishes, floor and line marking, and protective coatings to metalwork and cladding.
Mould washing and remediation
Mould washing, treatment and repainting for communal areas, voids and tenanted properties, dealing with the affected surfaces properly rather than painting over them.
Interior and exterior
Full interior redecoration alongside exterior repaints, rendered elevations, cladding, timber, metalwork, railings and communal entrances, working from scaffold, MEWP or tower access as the elevation requires.
Cyclical and multi-site programmes
Planned cyclical decoration, void turnarounds, end-of-lease reinstatement and rolling programmes across multiple sites, priced and programmed as one contract with one point of contact.
