Our approach to new builds

Working alongside main contractors and developers, we deliver new-build painting packages from mist coats and first fix through to final coats and snagging. Resource is scaled to programme, and our supervisors integrate with site management, attend progress meetings and work to CDM, RAMS and quality plans to hand over units defect-free.

What's included

• Free site survey and a detailed, fully specified written quotation
• Correct preparation — filling, sanding, stabilising and priming before any finish coat
• Brush, roller and airless or HVLP spray application to suit the surface and programme
• Full protection, masking, dust control and clean-as-we-go working
• RAMS, method statements and site inductions on every project
• Supervised teams, snagging walk-round and sign-off on completion
