Our approach to social housing
Our social housing team works with housing associations, local authorities and managing agents to turn around voids quickly, redecorate communal areas and stairwells, apply anti-mould treatments to mould-affected properties, and install fire-resistant intumescent coatings where specified. Tenant liaison, key control and out-of-hours access are managed by our office, and every operative carries ID, DBS clearance and current health & safety training.
